INDIAN COOKING CLASSES

Are you in love with Indian food but can't tell the difference between garam masala and jeera? Learn to cook vegetarian and non vegetarian Indian food with our expert team having 20 years of cooking experience. An array of delicacies will be prepared, using authentic cooking practices, agreeable to even the most discerning palates. Participants will have hands-on experience of the fresh, earthy and spicy fragrances of Indian cuisine ranging from everyday meals to rich, exotic Mughal-style dishes. In addition, you will learn the traditional art of incorporating different grains, beans, lentils, nuts, seeds, milk, yoghurt and vegetables in preparing well-balanced meals.
